warm welcome attentive staff

the staff upgraded my room. i received a warm welcome. i later saw the staff helping a non english speaker by ordering food delivery for them. the staff was very attentive (i appreciated that).

the entrance to the parking garage is quite narrow. you have to drive back a few buildings to get to the garage.

Mixed feelings about the stay

mismatched photos inadequate soundproofing

The room I was assigned (Standard Double or Twin Room) did not match the photos online, disappointing. Soundproofing was inadequate. I could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway starting early in the morning. The bathroom looked outdated. I also found small bugs in the shower one night. It concerned me (to say the LEAST).
